Jack has been a licensed working Realtor for most of his professional life.  He spent many years in New Home site sales where he trained and supervised more than sixty new site sales people.  Jack gained additional experience while working for the three largest production builders and custom builders in South Texas.  Also as a Marketing Director and Sales Manager for the second largest home builder in San Antonio, he expanded his knowledge and professional abilities.  At one point in his busy career, Jack managed the largest Century 21 office in South Texas and Louisiana.  In that position, he personally hired, trained and supervised more than 450 Realtors.  As a recognized Broker and Manager, he became the owner of his own real estate company.  Jack opened and operated his own franchised office for nine years, and he was recognized as one of the top offices out of 700 franchised offices.  For three consecutive years, his company was the fastest growing company in San Antonio.

After 37 years of real estate experience, Jack is bringing his knowledge, expertise, and professionalism to EXIT Slater Realtors as the Manager.  He is becoming a member of the fastest growing franchise in the United States, and the fast growing and rapidly expanding Slater Realtors office.  Among other things, Jack will oversee the training, conduct educational courses, preside over sales meetings, counsel Realtors, and inform everyone about new laws and regulations that are put in place and effect Realtors.  Exit Slater Realtors feels honored to have such an accomplished and experienced person as a member of our team.
