Adona Lowery, Vice President of Exit Slater Realtors started with the company in 1999 as a Property Manager. She was the ONLY property manager! Back then she handled management, marketing and accounting. Her role remained the same until a growing property management department needed help. Nicole Smith was the assistance needed with a background in real estate and property management. She started with the company as an Assistant Property Manager.  Since that time Nicole's valuable service has earned her a promotion as well as a new title of Sr. Property Manager.

Adona and Nicole oversee every aspect of the property management department. With many years of combined experience, they always get the job done. Exit Slater Realtors Property Management Department manages your home as if it was their home. We encourage and enjoy having owners actively participate in the managemnt of the property.

The foremost priority of this division of Exit Slater Realtors is to keep the owners and tenants fully informed at all times, to promptly return phone calls, and have repairs completed as soon as possible.
